Peaceful Nature Designs Return & Exchange Policy

At Peaceful Nature Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each item is custom-made just for you, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or personal preference.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective item, please contact us at info@peacefulnaturedesigns.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A description of the defect or damage.
  3. Clear photos of the defective item.

 

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and provide instructions for returning the product if eligible.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the defective item back to us.

In some cases, we may ask for only photo evidence and will waive the return shipping requirement to simplify the process.

Exchanges

We will happily replace defective or damaged items. If an exchange is approved, we will send out a replacement product at no additional cost to you. We do not process exchanges for non-defective products, as all items are made to order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items (including all custom print-on-demand t-shirts) cannot be returned for reasons other than defects.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where we are unable to replace a defective item with a new one. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@peacefulnaturedesigns.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the defective item. Once the returned item is received, a replacement will be sent to you, or a gift certificate will be mailed to you if a replacement is not possible.
