Peaceful Nature Designs Shipping Policy

At Peaceful Nature Designs, we create each item specifically for you, and we strive to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and meets your expectations. Please read our shipping policy carefully for information on how your order will be processed and shipped.

Order Processing Time

Since all of our products are custom-made, please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

    Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 5–10 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

    Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 2–4 business days after processing. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred speed.

    International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, with most international orders arriving within 7–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays, which are out of our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship domestically across the United States and to select international destinations. Please note that international shipping rates may vary, and any applicable customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Peaceful Nature Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the tracking number shows that the order has been delivered. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for further assistance.

Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address if the mistake was made during checkout. If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately at info@peacefulnaturedesigns.com. We will do our best to adjust the address before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.

Order Delays

If your order is delayed for any reason beyond our control (such as delays with the print-on-demand provider, supply shortages, or shipping carrier issues), we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it from the carrier, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on delays or issues caused by incorrect address entry or missed delivery attempts.
